Assessment
A full assessment will initially be carried out to diagnose your problem and help you understand what’s wrong.
This begins with a talk about the problem and your general health. You will then have a physical assessment which will look into your movements and identify the affected tissues. As we allow up to 60 minutes for your assessment there is almost always time to start your treatment immediately and provide advice and exercises.
Together we will work out an effective treatment plan that takes into account your lifestyle, leisure activities and general health. This will often include exercises and advice on how to help yourself.
Your treatment
We use a variety of treatment techniques to speed up healing and recovery, reducing pain and stiffness and help your joints and muscles work normally.
