How can Physiotherapy help?

Virtually any condition that affects your muscle, joints or nerves.

Common problems include:

  • Neck pain and headaches – pain, stiffness, reduced movement and tension can all be relieved with the correct mobilisation techniques and massage.

  • Disc pain/ trapped nerve pain – herniated/ bulging/slipped discs, nerve root irritation/compression leading to arm/leg pins and needles and numbness.

  • Arthritic pain and stiffness – Although conditions such as arthritis are degenerative, Physiotherapy can help with pain relief and slow down the progress of the condition.
